We build in select locations, often on single lots in existing Chicago neighborhoods and help customers find property in hard-to-access areas. In Chattanooga, we're developing custom homesites and enclaves on newly acquired acreage, a first for A. Perry Homes.
Discovery & Design
Every A. Perry Home starts with your dreams and our architects, who are experts at translating your desires into unique, livable designs. Our Architects and Design team excel at bringing out the best in you to create a home that is truly yours.
Proactive & Open Communication
At the completion of the Architectural Phase, our seamless process continues. Our Architects and Project Superintendents keep in touch with you and the entire project team through our online Client Portal. It’s our shared platform for everything related to your project.
Bidding Process
& Budget Planning
Once your architectural documents are approved, we guide you through selecting materials, finishes, colors, and appliances while choosing the best subcontractors for the job. With a clear and reliable cost sheet, we proceed to groundbreaking with your approval.
Construction & Supervision
Our daily onsite evaluations and ongoing communication with construction teams ensure everything meets our high standards. This meticulous process ensures we achieve the architectural vision on time and on budget.
Living the Life in your Forever Home
